Intel at the Perimeter Guard says you're the one in charge of that Jamie Dodger guy. Apparently his collar was trying to kill him so I removed it. Thought you'd like a heads up on the situation so that you can plan accordingly.
[Ed might be acting more distance and professional than he normally would, but he's kind of expecting to get chewed out for removing the collar from Dodger without being in a position to contain him or replace it.]
